We are excited as our waiting has started to pay off. We got our placement for teaching in China last week. We will be teaching in Anshun, Guizhou China. It is in the Southwestern part of China. We haven't gotten information on what we will be teaching or who will be on our team, but we are excited about the placement. We will be near our friends in the Yunnan province and we are excited about the temperature, sights (there are caves, mountains, waterfalls, etc.) and lots of Earth Science things to explore as well as multiple minority group villages. We have also gotten an offer on our house and came to an agreement. More people keep looking at the house though as it is contingent on them selling their house. It is getting near midterms at school and the weather is really nice, so students have been very antsy. I am really enjoying teaching astronomy as I am learning a lot and having a chance to explore things that have always fascinated me. We are going to study weather next and I am excited for that also as it has a lot to do with our lives and understanding how amazing our planet and creation is. STudying these things has provided more ways to see how awesome God is and how He has provided for everything--though we have worke d to undo some of those things with our disuse and abuse.
